I occasionally share posts from other bloggers. This one is from a blog called "The Bloggess". I don't read it often, but once in a while.
Her main point is that if anti-depressants work for you, then take them. If exercise works, then do that. Do what works for you. You have to live your life, not someone else, so do what works.
I concur. Although I do encourage people to explore different options, if you find one that really works for you, then don't get too bent about other peoples' opinions. They aren't you.
